All of our robot products have a 12 month warranty, except the MoeBot which has a 2 year warranty on all motors.

Being the exclusive distributor for our product lines we can also service, repair and replace parts outside of warranty.

Our support team is available Mon- Friday, via live chat or by calling. We suggest using the knowledge base first before contacting support. In many circumstances a robot can be reset by a customer, or a simple repair performed with a screwdriver. If a part is required, we will ship the part at no cost.

If the support team has deemed that a robot needs to be repaired, we will have it shipped back at our cost to one of our support centres in VIC, NSW or QLD. Normally, repairs are completed in under 10 business days and the robot will be shipped back to you at no cost.
