Return and Refund Policy

  • We offer refunds, repairs, and replacements in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

2. Australian Consumer Law 

  • Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.

  • For major failures, you are entitled to cancel the purchase, receive a refund, and compensation for foreseeable damage or loss.

  • For minor failures, you are entitled to a re-supply or a refund.

3. 30 day returns

 

  • You may request a refund or exchange within 30 days of receipt if:

    • The product is unused, undamaged, in original packaging, and shipped back with an outer protective box.

  • Some products come with a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. You can return the product within 30 days for a full refund if:

    • The product is undamaged, clean, in original packaging, and shipped back at your cost.

    • Any loss in return transit is your responsibility.

5. Products Damaged During Delivery

 

  • Contact us within 3 days if your product is damaged during delivery.

  • Return the damaged product with its packaging for a repair, replacement, or refund.

6. Exceptions

7. Shipping Costs for Returns
